With their new location recently opening, Benny Gold is looking to expand his team and is now hiring. Their 2 new positions and requirements are as followed:
RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE:
-Build relationships with customers, creating a First Class service experience, every customer, every time.
-Strive to exceed established sales goals.
-Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and brand history. Capable of enthusiastic presentation of our product offering.
-Effectively perform register transactions, including sales, returns and exchanges.
-Uphold impeccable store cleanliness and organization standards, including straightening, folding, sweeping, dusting, mopping, taking out trash, etc.
-Awareness and best practice of loss prevention and safety.
-Be a team player with the ability to meet targets, deadlines and efficiently follow up with requests.
-Most importantly, engage, inform and inspire everyone that walks through our doors
-1-3 years customer service / retail experience.
-Friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
-Positive, go-getter attitude.
-Enjoys multi-tasking and taking initiative.
-Cash closing experience a plus.
-Must be available on weekends and be located within the San Francisco Bay Area.
GLOBAL SALES MANAGER:
-Solid sales experience.
-Proven track record of success; Drive growth.
-Strong communication skills with ability to build genuine relationships with current, and new wholesale accounts; Good listener.
-Highly organized with outstanding follow-through skills.
-Ability to plan and strategize key accounts; Research, pre-call planning, and tailoring an agenda to each accounts needs.
-Do more than sell; challenge / teach accounts.
-Strong confidence in their understanding of the market and one’s own solutions, allowing the ability to teach accounts a new way to look at the market or business issues.
-Tailor solutions to specific customer facing issues.
-Take control of the conversation, leading accounts through insight
-Motivated, competitive and creates own opportunities.
-Passionate about building partnerships, growing sales and brand mission
Strengthen customer base.
-Maintain current accounts while actively developing new ones
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word; QuickBooks a must
-Must be a proactive self-starter, with strong business acumen.
-3-5 years in an Sales role.
-Analytical – you like data and know what to do with it.
-Strong Management experience with the ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical seasonally inspired project timelines in a fast-paced environment
